A kitchen for everyone

Mama Eat was born almost twenty years ago, when mother Marcella, now the face of our brand, discovered she had celiac disease and found herself experiencing firsthand all the difficulties that this condition entails. From there, a simple yet revolutionary idea was born: to create a place where no one has to give up the pleasure of good food.
Together with her brothers Roberto and Giovanni, she created Mama Eat, a restaurant with two menus, two kitchens, and two brigades, to guarantee authentic and safe dishes for both celiacs and non-celiacs.
The success and affection of the people who immediately recognized themselves in this project pushed us to go further: that's why other Mama Eat restaurants opened, to bring the same welcome, the same delicious aromas, and the same delicious flavors to an ever-increasing number of cities.
At Mama Eat, you eat just like at home—with authentic flavors, generous portions, and that sincere embrace that only a mother can give.
Because we believe everyone should be able to eat, celebrate, and share a meal without fear or sacrifice. You can't say no to cooking, and we want to overcome every barrier to include everyone, with a smile and the aroma of traditional dishes.

Our Mother

Mother Marcella, herself a celiac, is now considered a true savior for celiacs: with love, courage, and a maternal spirit, she transformed her personal experience into a new discovery of taste and inclusion.
From a small neighborhood pizzeria, the Mama Eat adventure began, which now boasts nine restaurants. Marcella has brought her vision to each: ensuring that no one feels excluded, because there is room for everyone at the table.
She is everyone's mother, sweet and affectionate, and her values ​​are reflected in every dish: hospitality, warmth, and attention. Her kitchen brigades, carefully trained and guided, work in two completely separate environments - one for those who eat gluten and one for those who are gluten-free - to ensure safety, serenity, and goodness for every guest.
